Bonch/Genghis: I think you have been warned by the Super Mods and/or Admins. Frankly, I think you are mocking the super mods/admins and this community.

If you have something to send to Clavel or any member, send it through PM. Don't spam the threads with large sized pics or any advert, slowing the referesh rate. Be consciencous of your fellow Tsikoteers that have slow Internet connections and following this thread.

Got something to prove? Well, do it in private with the Tsikoteers who you feel are disputing your integrity but please, don't be a troll.

di ba too late na to invest in real property sa north america? yes it is true na property prices soared there in 2003-2006, where houses that were previously selling for $150k rose to almost $400k. some in good locations even went as high as 500k. but prices are already nosediving these days.

dami nalugi na japanese when the real property bubble bursted in north america in the early '80s. muntik pa nga ma-bankrupt ibang companies like sony that invested heavily in north american properties. tapos di pa din kayo natuto? or you were not aware of the events of the '80s? ganun naman ang cycle ng housing sa US e, boom and bust. boom is over, bust na ngayon. lapit na pumutok ang real property bubble ng US e.

bonch & clavel, take your personal debate through the PM.

bonch, posting those pictures doesn't prove anything at all. for all we know, your genghis is just another employee there posing as the owner. with the way he behaved to promote his pyramid business no one would take you now seriously.

deleting all off topic posts tomorrow.

back to the topic peeps. TY.

edit: banning bonch. he/she is the the clone of genghis.

note: if that is your attitude then you are not welcome here in tsikot. you are disrespecting the moderators of this forum by not heeding my warning in the first place. take your business somewhere else.

when i invested in the balanced fund last june 30, 2006 the navps was 1.240. now, june 22, 2007, it is at 2.252. that's 81.61% over 12 months. this computation does not include the dividend they paid out last march, 2007. meron din ako philippine equity but i forgot na the navps last year (around 1.1xx), ngayon ang navps is 2.210 na.

tataas pa ang philippine equities. the pse is at its highest in 80 years, and more investors are coming into the philippines. don't wait na pare, it's time to put in your money. kung maghintay ka pa e the prices will be higher na. buy in now that it's still affordable for us OFWs. P10k lang ang minimum innitial investment, then P5k minimum for additional. and if the value does go lower(unlikely at this time as the philippine equity market is on a bull run) you can always sell, 1 day lang meron ka na check.

    mods,

    ot ako ng konti.

bilib ako sa pasensya nyo. dami ng warnings. delete nyo na lang mga offending posts then pag nag-post pa ulit ng same e i-ban na yan. dami na na-ban di ba, i don't think we will miss this one anyway. alam na nga ninyo na scammer e pinapayagan nyo pa mag-post. just the fact that he used several user names is reason enough.

sorry kung makialam ako mga sirs, serious ang topic and mahaba na kasi ang thread tapos meron ganyan na scammer na nakasingit. di na alam ng nagbabasa ng thread kung ano ang honest posts at ano yung lies. not all members may have the patience to read all the posts and then they will read only the attempts to scam, e kung maniwala sila? paano kung meron maloko yan, e di konsyensya nyo pa di ba?

meron biz ngaun patok na patok related sa photography

    yun baby/kids/mommy/family photography

some example shops are: Child's play, Picture Company and Blown Up babies

medyo ok to mga to sa tingin ko kasi multi-branch sila in less than 3 years of operation. ibig sabihin lang kumikita

    -----

come to think of it: ok na bizname yan ah: Baby Factory hehehe

Sir Yebo, sa'n ba ito nakukuha? Mismo sa PSE, sa Tektite? Wala bang mas malapit-lapit, let's say, Makati area (Makati Stock Exch.)?

Paano ba pagbili nito? He-he! Sorry sa mga tanong. First timer eh. Yung time deposit ko kasi sa BPI, parang pinatago ko lang . Liit ng interes!
