a. bili ka ng condo or prime real estate like yung mga nasa sta. rosa, etc. in our year, you double your money..
b. UITF/Mutual funds.... normally, bond funds (yung pinaka conservative) gives out at an average of 15% yield annually.
c. variable life insurance. combines mutual funds with life insurance protection.
d. tayo ka ng bakery... based on the people i've interviewed, ROI is between 4-6 months.
As in any investment, you have to ask yourself some key questions:
1. What is your objective? Income or growth?
2. How long is your investment horizon?
3. What is your risk tolerance?
4. How much are you willing to put in?
Once you've answered these, you'll have several choices.
Depende sa iinvest mo. Big Money begets BIGGER MONEY!! IMO nothing beats real estate. Townhouse, appartments etc..
