My account is not banned but I can't use any voucher or coins. Pero nakukuha ko yang abnormal activity pag may vouchers order ko.
What I remember doing is seeing this item advertised sa shopee, nag order ako, 5 items, it says too few orders daw, so ginawa ko then, too few daw, ginawa ko 100 just to see if it will push through, too few orders pa rin. Maybe that what trigger by voucher ban. Me trying to order 100 items. [emoji23]

Exactly, yan ang need i-improve ng data analytics ni Shopee.. Kawawa ang mga Production Support (IT Support) nila.. Yung banned accounts imagine the people behind it na kailangan nila manually i-analyze ang history and cross check with business rules what happened for each account. They need to review why the system captured it as "banned".. Then after "manual review", system issue pala sya (need code improvement, hello programmers [emoji112][emoji16])..
Sa system issue, mag bibigay lang sila ng generic reason based sa analysis nung nag-review.. Pero nakaka-awa yung mga reviewers dahil recurring issue sya.. Ang dami na for sure yung ganyang cases.. Sana ma-improve na soon ang data analytics nila (both support and customers ang makikinabang) and sana mag-release sila ng mas maganda pa na statement na madali maiintindihan ni customer what happened..

Unfortunately their IT guys are not doing their job, because if they did, matagal ng na lift ban ko. I have perfect review from sellers and I joined shopee way before they became big, pinagtatawanan pa nga dati sa Tsikot ang shopee e. They would also see na wala akong cancellations or unreceived items dahil parati akong shopee pay. I take pride naman sa pagiging maayos ko na tao dahil ayoko talaga napupulaan ako. I am the OPPOSITE of madugas kaya galit na galit talaga ako sa shopee Umabot na kami sa DTI out of principle dahil gusto ko ma explain nila paano ako nag voucher abuse.
Dapat kasi wag nila gawing available vouchers kung ayaw nila ipagamit. Parang random na lang pag ban nila e

Bro am sorry. Just checked my history and the items I ordered that were lost in transit or weren't delivered were on Lazada pala. They were refunded to my CC around a week after it became clear na nawala. It did take some time before na declare as lost.
Sa Shopee I only have items cancelled due to non shipment of items. For these around a week din bago na credit sa CC.

May 14th, 2021 07:11 PM #1248No problem, it only took 2 days for them to approve my refund. I used ShopeePay so getting my money back was pretty much instantaneous.
I just transferred the money back to my bank account since I didn't want to leave a big balance in Shopee.
Sa Lazada naman ako ngayon sumubok.
