    Cathy, what's the email add of dti that you cc'ed, I might do the same thing with one lousy product we bought in a physical store

    Nagulat ako nag reply. Matino talaga mga taga DTI. Even during my college and post grad days reliable sila.

    i vaguely recall, many years ago, that these government heads are strongly urged to respond in writing.
    i had personal experience with PRC. sumagot promptly in writing!

    lucky you people, ako nag email sa DILG complaining about a kagawad reneging on his promise, 3 years na wala pang sagot si DILG ngayon Barangay Captain na si kagawad! tsk tsk...

    I have this ongoing refund/dispute from a seller. Less than ₱300 lang naman. But I'm not in the habit of giving money for a product I can't use. The seller is proposing ₱10 refund and the rest is of the value is promo code, I rejected it. I don't want to experience his service anymore.

    Tama yan, usually kapag mali ng seller marerfund naman full value. Medyo hassle lang yung process ng shipping back if irequire ng seller.

    Yung iba kasi if mura lang nirerefund na kahit hindi na ibalik item lalo na if its defective naman.

    Nag branch out na supplier ng shoppee dami na items na sa Indonesia ang mga seller and not China.

    Never pa ako nagka problema sa Refund, lahat nabalik sa akin and if they need to have the items back sila mag pa pick up. Either pa pick up nila or refund nila na hinde na ibabalik.

    Charge kasi kay seller ang return shipping fee. Minsan mas mahal pa return shipping fee kesa item mismo, so hindi na kinukuha ni seller item.

    First time to use shopee to pay Meralco today, I did not press the order received yet, I assume, I should only when Meralco confirms my payment thru email, or may notification din sya thru shopee? 15% cashback today, normally 10% lang ito it's nice pala kasi I also get to use my existing coins. Next would be my internet.
