Anyone watching Zeus Holdings Inc (ZHI)? Chairman is Felipe Yap, chairman and CEO of Lepanto and Manila Mining. Has been hibernating at 0.02, jumped suddenly to 1.20 in less than a month. Baka sabihin na tauhan ng previous administration ang naglalaro dito...

Online Trading is better! Easier access and more importantly cheap in terms of costs... Most local brokers offer the cheapest commissions on online trades as opposed to human broker assisted trades...

for me ZHI is for the brave at heart. a speculative stock AFIC....i gambled and lost a fifth of my investment in a few days on this stock. i guess i was shaken off, and the adage "buy now and ask questions later" does not apply to ZHI

I don't trade local stocks anymore so I won't take responsibility for this but my friends who still trade local stocks say ORE is a nice play.

Heard an interview with a Citi broker in Bloomberg. Their bullish with mining stocks in emerging markets. Was able to jump in when LC dropped to P1.26 last week:
