Which is better Mutual Funds or UITF?
Also in terms of returns, which returns higher? Though some depends on the PSEi

Which bank has the best UITF and what is/are those that has high gains?

I already asked EastWest, Security Bank and BPI(glitch(??) issue however investments arent affected) about UITFs and those investments with insurance like BPI - Philam and Security Bank- FWD.

Lol. Need to own the land if youre gonna be a franchisee. If not then youre just working for/at the mercy of the landlord. Its a good idea until you realize youre really working for : 1) the franchisor and 2) the landlord.

never tried both.
This is also becoming a new way to invest. not sure how big the profit will be.
