Permission to Post Admins - Paki move or inform po ako kung di po pwede ang thread na ito. Salamat

    Hi Guys,

Need help sa mga masters of investments here on deciding to invest or not.

Id like to confirm po kung ok yung iinvest ko sa isang financial or loan institution.

For co ownership po kasi minimum of 2m ang shell out. Ang monthly profit ko DAW is 10% of my investment.
Ang business ay nasa manila and wala pang time to check on the actual business since nandito po ako sa Naga City, Cam Sur.
I asked for a yearly report or income report pero sabi sa mga co owners lang daw and board mem lang pwede maka access at makakita.

Pag nakapag invest na po ako ito daw po mga makukuha ko: "Contract with notary, receipt, checks for the entire contract, id's of signatory and copy of their registrations."

Do you think ok po sila? Good to be true po ba ito o ganito talaga ang process pag magiinvest ka sa isang company or startup businesses?

Owners and BoD lang may access?

Keep your 2M. Even TODA can register to SEC. Don't fall to this kind of schemes.

I am not an expert on business but.....

Kung ako sa iyo, i-pull out ko na yang 2M mo.
Why?

Yung big companies nga under PSE (we are talking about San Miguel, Ayala, Sm, etc) nagpopost ng financial statements for their stockholders and even non-stockholders to see.

MLM or worse ... save your money ... control your greed ... your giving away your 2M to people who will not show you records ... nor allow you to audit ... in a place far from where you primarily stay ... that kind of sets a lot of alarm bells ringing ... very loudly ...

gagamitin nila pera niya pam pautang

    like P1,000 utang, P1,100 balik

Usury is a sin. I abhor people who do that.

Even in a non religious POV, this is considered unethical (taught to us in business class)

    Thanks sa inputs guys.

Di pa ako nakapag invest or nag pay-in ng 2m.

Actually I'm targeting to be a co owner or board member.

As a potential investor or hindi pa co-owner or hindi pap board member ng company, dapat ba i-show nila sakin ang income report nila or they have the right not to disclose it to the public. I'm not pretty sure how it goes.

    What do you think guys?

i would rather find out what they do with the money

so kung high risk, malaki chance mag default
