Hi CVT,
Sa akin naman of course kung ano man maitulong di ba? Money back will be a big help for people that we owe it to,diba?
Sabihin mo na damage control pero the effort is there. Let's hope and pray na tuloy tuloy na.
Salamat po sa pag post.
God Bless!!!
Sincerely,
Maria Ann
Hi Badsekktor,
Thank you for the input. Actually, no one can blame the people for having negative feelings towards CAP Philippines.
CAP is in a period of sourcing money in order to pay plan holders. I'm sorry to admit that the process can take a long time, but wouldn't it be worse if CAP didn't pay at all?
The amount of money you receive from reimbursement depends on what kind of plan you initially subscribed to and if you are fully paid.
CAP follows a strict payment schedule outlined by the Philippine government based on court mandates that were implemented after the hearings in which CAP Philippines was involved. Some are positive about the amounts they are receiving and the mere fact that CAP is at least attempting to pay... others are dissatisfied and seem to believe that the reimbursement is not worth the trouble.
I would suggest that you at least try to file a claim. Even if you feel that the checks are small, that is still a whole lot better than getting nothing.
We can only try to improve this situation day to day. With a little patience and extra effort in understanding the situation as a whole - hopefully CAP Philippines can achieve its goal in returning money to those who qualify for reimbursement.
I hope I was of help to you, Badsekktor. Please get back to me if you need more assistance.
hahaha, nainlove si kapatid na CS....di kaya 3rd handle na ito?
jk.

I am glad that you have taken extra effort to help planholders to reimburse their money.
We really cant blame planholders if they view CAP that way. Anyway, I am not really affected since I dont have a CAP plan. My wife has one but she wasnt able to use it since her plan did not cover DLSU tuition fees and I'm not sure if they still plan to refund.
Im just glad that there are people that are still trying to do something to amend the mistakes that they made... For that, they have earned my respect...
hi ms. mary ann...do you have another contact numbers for CAP. hindi daw ma-contact ng wife ko yung number na binigay mo sa previous pages. thanks
CAP is not paying out since last year.
Plan holders who are in the refund process still not getting what was supposed to be installment returns of their hard end money.
