Ang labo talaga ng BPI,- on their "new and improved" kuno na expressonline, I cannot find a way/feature for scheduled payments.... [i did not pursue the menu after the page where they would send a code to my mobile number] which is step 3 of 3....

Lahat ng bills payments, bayad kaagad... Palpak talaga ang BPI!!!

Also, could not find a way to download your CC's statement of account... I have 3 in my account - Gold, Petron-BPI and e-card,- individual silang lumalabas... There is a summary page, but I need the statement of account in their site para one stop shop.

And, not sent in my email with password... Oh well.

Yare pala ang sked payments! I hope it was not cancelled, just hard to access, very dependent pa naman ako dito and transfers.

Another feature I miss is the current (60 days) SOA, na spoil ako dun sa dati na viewing lang from a certain point, now you have to track your balance manually from your latest SOA

Well, that's how the system works, sir. It has been so for ages now. Clients get hassled, but it's the (government) regulatory body who gets, ehem, "compensated". Unless BSP is willing to waive the "booty" in favor of the clients, which I'm sure they won't. Right now, I'm won't be surprised someone at BSP is already in talks with BPI about this incident and what penalties are to be extracted from BPI.

Is it true sir, that BDO banks ATM will not be available for this Holy Week (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun)? Now that's a big hassle if true. Just heard it from the grapevine.

Hinde rin. Nagkakaproblema rin ibang banks pero hinde katulad ng bpi. Sobrang jurassic talaga System nila.
