Anybody know how to redeem BPI credit points? Malaki na points ko hindi ko alam mag redeem.
One time they asked me through text and I replied yes, na bawas naman sa monthly billing ko. Now they are not asking me anymore.
Medyo tamad ako tumawag sa hotline nila ang haba kasi ng waiting time.
You have to call their hotline. Best time to call is before and after work hours.

Calling the hotline is the faster method.
The other one is thru message Contact us. They would take about a week or more before they could reply. For example I contacted them July 6, they just replied now.

Thanks, maybe it's by design that they require you to call or message them para marami won't bother to redeem. May app naman sila why not make it easier for customers?
I'm thinking of getting HSBC dahil automatic cashback na daw dun. How true is that? I mostly use my credit card for all purchases including bills kaya baka substantial amount din ma cashback ko monthly.
I do email, di naman nagmamadali at next bill pa nila apply yan. Ang question ko is how does the new BPI points differ from the previous one. Dati kasi 12k points = 1k. Nagbago ba or name lang ang nabago? May Vybe app daw which makes this easier pero ayaw ko maglagay ng app na madalang gamitin, baka bumagal phone ko.
Anyone migrated to the new BPI app na? How is it? I made a scheduled payment for my BECC and remembered na download the new app daw before July 30 to continue seamless service.
Problem is when I went to Google play, walang sinabing maganda ang mga feedback. So hindi ko pa rin dinownload.

One thing we noticed when my wife installed it on her iPad, iPad doesn't have sms capability. Nung processing ng OTP nag try sya mag login the iPad tried to send sms to BPI hotline and it says it failed kaya di nya ngayon magamit iPad nya sa BPI unlike the old app.
I wonder if the app is making sure na yun nakakatanggap ng otp eh same number kung saan install ang App. Ok to para hindi ma hack ang account mo.
I've been using the new app for a week now, paid my bills with it. So far almost same sa old app with buttons and field just moved around. Same ang options and settings and avaliable features.
Pangit ng new app. Ayoko din ng pagka-white nung background ng new app compared sa old. And pangit din font.
Wala naman problema. BPI app is very user-friendly. You can also use mobile key para face ID na lang instead of OTP.
Anyone using the new BPI app now? Hindi ako maka log in. I am getting this pop up "Device developer option detecte" hindi naman ako nagpalit ng phone.
