Ang pagkaka-intindi ko sa mga "Debit / Credit Memo" postings ay result sila ng end-of-day/year balancing programs ng mga banks.
Kasi diba dapat laging balanse yung each transaction.
Credit P500 yung bank
Debit P500 yung client
So malamang ay nagka-problem somewhere dun sa pag-balance dahil sa pag-change ng year.
Baka gumamit yung BPI ng bagong module for end-of-year balancing tapos ito yung first time na nag-change ng year sa live/production environment.
Or baka nagka-problem yung logic kasi yung Jan1 ay holiday at non-banking day at the same time.
Ang biruan namin jan sa BPI ay karma sa kanila yan.
Mahilig kasi sila magpa-present ng mga IT products from 3rd party IT vendors tapos kapag nagustuhan nila yung idea, instead na bilhin nila from 3rd party ay ipapagawa na lang nila sa in-house IT nila.

My Meralco app shows 0 na. Meaning nag credit na yung binayad ko. Pero kung nag double I'm expecting it to be on the negative, not 0, which will mean I have extra credit on Meralco. But my BPI still shows double post.
I wish they can see this. Dalawa charge nila sa kin but isa lang dumating sa Meralco. Since 5 banking days next week ko pa ma follow up. [emoji17]
Hindi ata lalabas na negative sa app ang balance, IIRC, hindi nag ganun sa app ko, even if palagi advance payment ko because of the Shopee coins promo back then. You can email MERALCO to check, pwede call pero ang hirap maka get through, tapos medyo slow pa ung sasagot maiinis ka lang hehe
Sa electronic bill ko sa meralco if I overpaid my last bill the extra payment will appear in my bill. Sa pldt app if I overpaid my internet it will appear as negative in the app. I suggest you follow up sa bpi.
Sa bpi credit card ko yung hotel bills I paid on Dec 30 and 31 na post lang nung Jan 3 and 4, walang duplicate charge.
Nagkaka problems kagabi sa grocery iyong ibang gumagamit Ng bpi debit card. Hindi agad process Ng terminal nila for some reason. Humahaba tuloy iyong linya.
