    I don't see anything wrong with what she said. Maybe because I am jobless and I even prayed that I get a job before Christmas. Kaya totoo na blessing yung may work na babalikan ng January.

    I don't think there's something wrong with what she said. Although it sounds disconnected. It's like when some people say they hate Mondays because of back to work, doesn't mean they hate their work. Doesn't mean they don't appreciate their work.

    That's true. Hawak kasi niya oras niya kaya she can't relate to employees, much more those na 8 to 5 at hindi WFH.

    Our payroll account has been with BPI ever since the world began. Naaayus naman ng BPI whatever problem in a day. At wala namang monumental problem ever.

    Ung kay Donna-whoever, she was needlessly reacting to a harmless rant of your everyday worker. Nagpapa-righteous effect siya rather than minding her own business. Anyway that will help her get richer clicks...

    Iwas talaga sa transactions lalo na pag-long holiday..
    Naka-bakasyon din kasi mga senior IT, madalas iniiwan nila mga new hires or yung mga bago lang sa role.. [emoji28] Malas pa eh baka napili pa nila mag-deploy hehehehe [emoji16]..
    Long holiday, Month-End, Year-End, Jan 2 hindi naman din regular na holiday baka may iniba sa logic.. Dami pwedeng kwentong barbero, kawawa naman yung branding ng company.. Kahit magbayad ng danyos yung IT contractor nila at may masibak, nakatatak na sa history ng brand nila yung major issues..
    Di na ako nagulat sa BPI, sila talaga nagpabago sakin na wag lang isa or dalawang bangko.. [emoji16]

    meron kayang malas na na affect yung flight ng Jan 1 tapos na double debit din sa BPI? May nabasa akong reply na ang hirap daw talaga mahalin ng Pilipinas (in reference to these events)

    Parang hindi naman s3x, it's more on giddy from enthusiasm. I was once like that, weekend pa lang, I couldn't wait until Monday because I was so excited to go to work and be with my friends/colleagues and boss. How I miss those days.

The CSR is being hard and seems not aware sa double posting error nila. Dalawa beses ko daw ginawa. I don't really mind paying Meralco twice Kung tulad sila ng ibang merchant na pag sobra bayad mo eh may credit ka sa kanila at magbabawas sa billing Next month. But I would hate it kung double post lang at double charge sa kin tapos Meralco one payment lang sa kanila.

    Yes, MERALCO will treat it as an advance, but you should also be getting 2 email confirmations from MERALCO

    My Meralco app shows 0 na. Meaning nag credit na yung binayad ko. Pero kung nag double I'm expecting it to be on the negative, not 0, which will mean I have extra credit on Meralco. But my BPI still shows double post.

    I wish they can see this. Dalawa charge nila sa kin but isa lang dumating sa Meralco. Since 5 banking days next week ko pa ma follow up. [emoji17]

    Binalik naman na ng BPI sa saving account , na doble yung withdrawal nung 30 Dec.

    On their trading account, binalik din yung transaction ng 27 Dec. Buti na lang maganda stocks movement yesterday hehe.
