I was planning to buy a condo pa naman in Twin Lakes but there was a good offer I can’t resist! recently lang for a lot for sale. 270k for 1,000sqm of farm land. Planning on putting my own house sa 500sqm and the rest will be for planting fruit trees and veggies! This is in Alfonso by the way.

    Tagaytay?

Buying property right next to an active volcano always seemed like a crazy idea to me.

This is what happened to my Uncle and Aunt. They still go to Tagaytay regularly but not that much anymore. Probably got discouraged by the traffic in the recent years.

Its not really that dangerous. Tagaytay is well away from the danger zone. Before buying properties, ask PHIVOLCS and/or the Mines and Geosciences Bureau first. You may get a big bargain or save your money for something else.
