bought this Viofo A119 online for 3,995 + 170 shipping + 1k for Sandisk 64gb Class 10 memory card (specified sa manual, no mmc included in the package).. installed it sa windshield behind the rear view mirror so walang obstruction sa view ng driver..
so far so good, very easy naman ang installation at set-up. test ko later sa actual road use pati night recording..

this a REALLY good dashcam. Did you buy it locally? sa safecar ba?

Anyone knows kung saan meron nito locally or kung may nakasubok na? Parang mas ok kasi instead of splicing wires.

naka full tint na windshield ko ng 3M (color stable 30).. double adhesive yung pandikit nya, hindi suction cup.

Ito cguro solution para d masira ang tint.. tap connection na lang sa rearview installation..

good evening to all, thanks sa pagtulong sa pagpili ng 1st dashcam ko, hopefully last and it will last years and years.. nakaorder na po ako sa isang legit seller all xiaomi products via FB, actually suki ko na siya noon pa sa mga xiaomi powerbanks, hindi ko akalaen na meron din pala siya yi action cam at dashcam, ayun sakanya nako umorder. english version, php3,200 po price niya, + php500 for transcend 32gb class 10 sdcard. balitaan ko po kayo kung satisfied ako pag nakagamit ko na.

China version yan na pinalitan ng international firmware. You can find a step by step guide in Youtube. Malamang the seller did the steps himself. I think that's good service. At least the seller can confirm it works after changing the firmware, or he wouldn't ship a defective product.

The INT'L version is about 500 more expensive. Is it worth it? Probably not. I'd take the CN version and either request the seller to change the firmware or do it myself.

Thank you sir for the heads up and suggestions. I was planning to tap it on the accessories slot so the cam would only turn on when the car is switched on. Just wanted a clean install. Would the cam still consume power though even if the car is turned off, even if I were to tap it on the accessories slot only?

Yan din sabi ko sa Wife ko. Although sabi ko pag may huli, may commotion man o wala, tutok nya kagad sa side window Tapat sa enforcer or who ever approaches her on the side.

do you keep the lcd of your dashcam turned on all the time? i set mine to turn off after 1 minute. just enough time for me to see that it turned on automatically with the ignition and tama ang pagkakatutok ng lens. after it turns off, i just have the led status tell me if it is recording or if something is wrong.

dami ko kasi nakakasabay sa kalye na parang naka-permanently on na ata yung lcd screen ng dashcam nila.

pros and cons?

wala kwenta, just adding unnecessary heat to the hardware. di mo naman tinitingan ug screen habang nag drive at may flashing led notification naman yung mga maganda na dashcam pag nag rerecord. minsan yung ibang model ay nag beep pag hindi nakarecord for whatever reason. utak kase ng mga pinoy puro pa pogi kaya naka on.

tama ka sir danny, pagkita ko palang ng box alam ko na Chinese version, actually binigay ng 3,000 flat hehe, naka discount pa ng 200. ok lang din naman sakin kahit flashed into English version lang, ang kaso siya kaya nagflash? e nakasealed e parang factory sealed. tapos ok din ung red tab walang damage or tear e tight fitted siya. ginawa ko munang action cam sinubukan ko sa kalye, sinaksak ko sa powerbank, ayun ok ang recording malinaw.. fisheye effect nga lang hehe.

pero sure chinese version eto kasi suction tip and 2 usb slot ang car charger e.

Ahh kaya pala mura.. Sa akin kasi chinese ver 3.5K bili ko plus shipping fee pa. Inupgrade ko na din to sa english ver. Hehe sulit nga ang ch ver kung marunong mag palit ng fw.

Question mga Sir. I have a Transcend DP520, safe bang iwan yun nang naka plug sa 12Volt socket magdamag? Hindi ba risky sa electricity ng sasakyan or baka ma discharge yung battery? Maraming salamat sa sasagot hehe.
