In real foggy conditions, yellow is better.

In typical city driving use, white (3000 to 5000 kelvin temp) is better.

Note: super white bulbs look nice but are useless when it rains.

physics wise, yellow. but i wish their users aim them the right way, that is, low. even lower than lo beam headlights. otherwise, nakakasilaw sa oncoming motorist. white? like the man said, white is useless as it only illuminates the rain and smoke/fog infront of it and nothing more.

tinanong nyu ba muna kung yellow na ba lens nya or clear/white? pag yellow na lens mo, white ka na.. mas maganda buga.. pero kung clear/white lens mo, yellow ka.

Yellow HID is best for use lalo na pag umuulan. That's why in Europe and the UK yun yung madalas na naka kabit sa foglight and sa high beam. Just don't use it as a low beam kasi mas nakakasira sa retina ang yellow HID kaysa sa mga 6k onwards. Also alam ko bawal kasi as low beam yun kasi when I was in Germany and UK we got pulled over for using a yellow HID as our low beam. Ok daw na high beam and fog kasi you rarely use them and only in the worst visibility conditions. The cop even gave us a pamphlet on what colors are acceptable and to which part of your headlight. Bawal rin ang 12k na HID. 6-8k lang daw ang acceptable.

Yellow fogs for visibility and pogi points, or kaya All weather bulbs mayellow din ang buga. Hwag mo lang kalimutan na i-align yung fogs mo kasi nakakasilaw talaga siya, wawa ang mga kasalubong mo.But if you have money for HID kits, 3000k yellow na, less wattage (35 watts-55 watts) and runs cooler than halogen bulbs.
