    guys, a friend told me na may ordinance na daw against installing white headlights.. can anyone confirm? cbi ng friend ko nabasa daw nya from those free newspapers they give out sa north n south express way.. (im not sure which one) cno pa may nakaka alam nito?

    naku huwag naman sana balak ko pa naman pagbili ng civic hatchback ay taasan ang headlights ko..

    Kung makakapunta ka sa Transhow sa megamall, dun ka bumili, tiyak may discount yun, kung sa Banawe naman, Perfect Circle and may ilang shops din meron niyan, can't remember their names though.
