owning a submerged-but-repaired car, is a potential headache.
i'd probably choose to buy a replacement car that has good provenance, even if it will cost me more.
but let's wait for posters who had their submerged cars fixed, for their tales.
A 70/30 water to coolant mix may improve cooling efficiency but that's at the cost of less...
