    ^ SRP less 140k discount.

^^* sir kamotekid, ang galing nyo po nakuha nyo yung percentage. Hindi kasi sinabi sa asawa ko yung percentage ng interest. Yan kasi ang nilatag sa kanya na best discount na pwede ibigay sa kanya.

    Yung chattel nasa 18k

Wala pang insurance at nag hahanap pa ako.... hopefully within today may mag send na ng quotation para ma release na bukas as per the agent.

    Thanks po sa input [emoji120]

    Yes tama si kamotekid sa computation. Amount finance is 990,500 (srp less discount less 30%dp) chattel is 18,373;
    5yrs 27.51% P21,050; 4yrs 20.96% P24,960

Kaya pa sir pababaan yang rate.

Sa amount finance based ang chattel fee may table yan per amount finance. Pag provincial address of residence and dealer may additional fee pa ulit yun

universal ba tong table na to? i mean, does all banks follow the same table as far as computing the chattel fee? what if yung amount financed is 423,500? how much usually? thanks!

Not really sure with other bank's table pero dapat hindi siguro nagkakalayo. For amount finance of P423,500 if no out of town charges chattel fee is or should be around P11,112 only

Yes provincial, mostly laging metro manila based yung fee then add na lang if privincial ang residential address at dealer

That's why you should get metro-manila based dealer to avoid added charge.

Usually with most banks, if the loan is more than 500k you can ask to waive the chattel fee.

sir *RR_22, so there's no way that a bank can waive the chattel fee if the amount is below 500k? does all banks do this?

    28% for five-year loan?

For me, I will inquire with other banks pa. Don't be in hurry until you get the best deal. Usually, loan quote has 30 or 60 days validity.

    Pwede na ba mga sir?
Rate given to you for 5yrs term is 26.53% ok naman na yan pero meron pang banks na mas mababa dyan around 24% but if PNB given you a deal of amortized insurance payable monthly seems a good deal na for the 2th to 5th year and free for the 1st year. Chattel fee medyo mataas, should be around 11,400 if you're residing in metro manila. TPL not free coz hindi mo kinuha sa dealer yung insurance, over all imho its a good deal. Pwede ka nman magantay ng promo from other banks with free insurance and chattel fee and a much lower rate pero walang kasiguraduhan kung kelan yun.

For me ok na din po ako sa deal since ang dami hinihingi sken ng metrobank kasi ung co-maker ko which is my wife wala pang work ngayon kasi tinututukan nya ung new born baby namen. Ung sa Chattel nakiusap ako na mdjo babaan binigay nman ng 12,300. The officer told me kaya mdjo mataas daw chattel kasi free si insurance for the first year. Good deal na din po ung amortized na insurance 2nd to 5th year since may AOG nman po dba?
