Ganun ba?Akala ko pa naman 11% in 2 years na ang pinakamababa.60thou discount? Wow! Pero bka ganun din lalabas, 40thou discount binigay ng toyota but maraming freebies.

IMO anyone who takes a car loan to 5 years is cutting it very close. Try putting more DP and lower that to 3 years...

Mataas ang rate pag inhouse. Though mababa ang DP. The MA is high.

    Hello Everyone!

I am new here in tsikot and was amazed how much information i can get in round about two days. This is very informative and would like to thank all sincere contributors of this thread.

I am considering to buy an SUV for myself (I am single) and currently I am torn between Fortuner and Montero Sport (let's set the debate on the other thread). Meanwhile, I am on the mode for looking at the lowest rate possible.

My prerequisites as: 50% on Downpayment and 36months term.
and quotes on these two SUVs:

    -- Montero Sport GLS A/T 4x2
    -- Fortuner 4x2 G 2.7 Gas A/T

    Thanks a lot in advance!

Apply in as many banks as you can, then compare their interest rates. Do the haggle thing after it. Don't be fooled by those casa's inhouse freebies and low DP.

Other banks have outdated rates on the site and their online application procedures are not working properly. Much better if you prepare the basic docs needed, have them photocopied and submit it to bank branches. These banks offer low interest rates and free CM if you have better sales talk. RCBC BPI, BDO and China Bank.

Hello mga fellow tsikot members. Patulong sana ako sa inyo on my plan of getting a lancer glx, ung on sale ngayn for 635k (685k less 50k). I am seeing a number of posts that offer 160k All in cashout and 11853 MA(5yrs). The All in cashout includes 1 yr comprehensive insurance, 3 yrs LTO reg and CTPL, chattel mortgage and annotation fees, and 20% DP. Freebies are tint, seatcover, matting and EWD.

I tried to compute, but I dont know if I did it correctly, the overall interest rate is around 37%.

Any comments/suggestions nman po.Bka rin may mai-re-refer kyo na pwede ko puntahan/kausapin for a transaction na mas "ok".

Pwede nyo rin po ako email * acenriquez26*yahoo.com

    TIA and more power.

I'm getting a Honda Jazz 09 1.3MT from Honda Quezon Ave.

Their initial quote for in-house financing was:

    SRP P722,000
    20% down + Insurance + LTO + Chattel Mortgage = P185,388

    Includes:
Tint, Mat and Rustproof and probably other stuff I can't remember.

    48 months = P16,499
    50 months = P14,258

    Lumalabas na 37.11% ang interest.

Then I told them that I have another contact willing to give me just 34% interest.

The SA replied saying they can give me 31.8% interest at P15,888/mo for 4yrs. Kasi sinabi daw niya 32% yun nahanap ko sa labas.

Is this a good deal? Napababa ko na from 38.11% to 31.8%. Last price na raw nila yun. This is my first time buying brand new so not sure how this works.

    Thanks!

I had a quote last March. 25% in 48 months. 32.22% 5 years. Its quite high. Haggle.... haggle... haggle... You dictate the tempo.
