Thanks Kishan, I was told by the manager na negotiable pa yan. Meaning, pwede pa sya mas babaan. Kino-convince kasi kami na kumuha ng car loan. Good luck

    here is BPI's autoloan calculator.

    http://info.bpiexpressonline.com/bpi...LoanCalculator

and yes, free insurance nga ata ito with Force Majeure (aka Acts of God) by BPI/MS insurance.

The catch with BPI's auto loan tie up with BPI/MS is you will be forced to get your renewal of your comprehensive insurance with them for two years at a higher premium (diyan nila babawiin ang free first year mo) - locked up kasi kasama sa provision ng chattel provisions.

Hello everyone, i'm new user here, just want to inquire regarding refinance car loan, my mom, 65 years old inquired to an agent which referred by a family friend for a car refinancing, she assisted my mom and had my mom's signature for the application, my sister is a co maker but never signed to any documents, they didn't even submitted any ID's, mom informed the agent to pls hold the application and wait for my sister's approval because my sis will be the one to pay it since she is working abroad, the agent later declared to my mom that the application has been approved! we were surprised because my sis never signed and they didn't give their ID's! my sis advised my mom to back out since she can't also afford to pay it back the interests as well. Now this agent is asking 12k for her service fee and started to harassing us, she said her service fee supposed to be is 25k! do we have to pay for that??? help pls! my mom can't sleep and getting sick now, what we shall do???

    DEALER P13,258 x 60 months + total cash out mo(DP and insurance)=PHP939,880

    BANK regular rate P12,431 x 60 months + total cash out(DP,Insurance, Chattel & LTO)=PHP913,061

    dp-137,000/insurance-27,400/chattel-15,601/lto-7,200. = 167,201
    12,431 x 60 + 167,201 = 913,061

    939,880(dealer) - 913,061 (bank regular rate)=PHP26,819

ibig sabihin PHP26,819 ang loss mo if you go to dealer eventhough free ang Chattel and LTO sa kanila compare to the bank na di free pero maliit lang ang monthly amortization. yung 20k discount di mawawala yan kahit sa banko ka sir magloan at yung other free na sinabi mo sir usually ay standard yan. yung insurance na qoute sayo sir ay medyo mataas din dapat mga P23,+++ lang yan eh(though di ko ma pa quote yung exact kasi di ko alam kung ano unit eh) and take note regular rate lang sir ong pinaqoute ko sayo, so your monthly amorts may went down pa siguro mga 500 plus.

PM mo na lang ako sir if your interested to apply for a loan
mga tol pano ko makukuha yung interest rate from this quotations?

Kumagat na rin ako rito. Did the computation, mababa naman ang interest rate at 29.92 * 5 years. ..

    yun next year's comprehensive naman 12 gives . .

If you would wait, sa june july yata, Metrobank would have again their promo which is usually 1.5% lower than the prevailing rates.
