    Salamat sa info.

    Folks, tanong ko lang about ongoing promo ng Toyota this month. I asked Toyota Davao and Cagayan de Oro about this pero sagot nga dalawang SAs na nakausap ko they have their own scheme daw that do not follow the promo. Sa fax quotations na binigay nila sa kin, hindi free yung LTO, insurance at chatel mortgage.

    Sino ba dapat kausapin ko? Branch manager?

    After shopping around, i found nothing is for free nowadays. They say free LTO, CM, Insurance. Binabawi rin nila sa interest rate yan, less frebbies. etc.,

    Yun nga lang, at least less money out ka lang initially. That is what you gain lang. So, try and try to shop around not only for the best deals banks could give you, pati sa dealers rin.

    Mga masters, good day. Can you help me check if the rate given to me by TFS is reasonable for the 2010 Vios 1.5G AT?

    SRP = 810,000
    DP = 15%
    Term = 60 months
    Monthly = 15,998

    Lalabas its 33.5% interest.

    Appreciate your insight guys! Thanks in advance.

    4% higher than our rate, but not bad for a 15% DP. you'll be in a win-win situation if lto, chattel mortgage fee, and insurance are free but i doubt if Toyota will give in to that coz the rate is kinda low for a non-bank auto loan. well i hope im wrong!

    good thing about Toyota's promo is the low down.

    anyway sir goodluck on your car purchase

    Mga people, di lang naman sa interest rate ang basehan (although it plays a lot in the equation). Look into the quality of service, fast approval, freebies, accommodation, assistance. Consider other factors if there is only a slight difference between two financial institutions.

    ^korek! tama si sir mazingerZ, rates are one of the factors although it does play the big part. IMHO the most important thing is to drive home your dream car with a big smile on your face. with that a package of reasonable rate, excellent frebbies and an outstanding quality of service. if may nakalimutan paki dagdagan na lang.

    Thanks kishan. I agree with master MazingerZ as well, there are many factors, not only the interest rate, though it plays the bigger part but the actual car-buying experience

    Taas pala masyado sa EW. BPI quotes 29% and i think one can haggle up to 26% or so.

    I got a quotation from Honda Kalookan for a 1.3S City financed * Bdo with Deals on Wheels:

    SRP: Php 726,000.00
    DP * 40%: Php 290,400.00
    Insurance w/ AOG: 23,803.00
    LTO: 6500.00
    Chattel estimate only: Php 16,000.00
    Discount (Fleet): Php 6000.00
    Standard Freebies + free rustproof

    *22.96% on 48 mos.; Php 11,159.00
    *24.25% with PSBank on 48 mos: Php 11,276.00

    BDO seems to have an edge over PSBank. Is this a good deal to grab?
