Please advise. And ayos lang ba magapply muna online sa mga banking institutions bago pmunta ng dealer or dealer muna bago sa banks? Thank you![]()
Guys, mga P1M+ lang annual gross ko. Pero I'm interested kase sa Vitara GLX which costs 1.048M.
May chance ba na ma-approve yung loan ko? First time ko kase mag-apply ng loan and balak ko online lang haha.
If ever approved, usually gaano katagal validity nun kase I have to sell my current car first (BPI ko balak mag apply ng loan)?
paano po magcar loan thru banks na wala ka naman accounts. madali lang po ba or it takes time?
All banks are strict... pero in general eto ang naobserve ko (although not hard rule etong mga to) :
- rural banks are less strict sa requirements vs very big banks (BDO, Metrobank, BPI)
- the lower the bank's interest rate, the stricter
- medium sized banks (Eastwest, RCBC) have slightly higher interest rate vs very big banks (BDO, Metro, BPI)
Better if you try applying for a loan in a bank where you already have an existing account kasi mas madali ka nila iaaprove kahit pa "strict" sila. You may also try applying with those very big banks to compare.
Also, boom ang car industry ngayon... sobrang dali magloan compared to a decade ago at ang baba pa ng mga interest rates. Kahit pa wala kang account, kung yung ITR or income mo naman is more than enough for your loan, kahit di ka kliyente eh papayagan ka nilang magloan sa kanila.
