LTO is free na 9,600 daw tapos standard ung freebies hindi naman na ko nagexpect na marami ung freebies kasi hindi in house financing. Thanks po uli!
Try Suzuki Alabang sir. A few mos ago they offered me 65k discount for the mid variant Ertiga kaya tempting talaga. Basta sa kanila kukuha ng unit, kahit bank po or inhouse loan yun.

Just out of curiosity, which banks give the best rates for car loans these days? Back in the day it was EastWest and BPI.

Wait for the bank Promos. a few months ago Metrobank gave a very good rate during their promo month. Currently i think its between Metrobank, BPI and PNB which gives the best rates but if you already have a bank with a long standing relationship they can usually lower their stated car loan rates for preferred customers.

I am interested buyer of Mitsubishi Mirage 1.2 GLX MT. I am employed in a construction company for 2 years and 8 months and a regular employee. i am from Ilocos but when i got my job i lived in Caloocan for 2 years, then i was assigned here in Davao for 8 months and planning to buy a car na dito. last year my gross income is 19k without overtime, then nung naassign ako out of town nag increase ako to 23,500 gross plus my mga out of town incentives pa po ako na di declared sa payslip kasi di sya taxable and direct nalang pumapasok sa account ko. Ngayon po these are my problems kung maaapprove ba ng bank:

    1. 23,500 ang gross na nakalagay sa COE ko without out of town incentives indicated at may mga overtime pay pa po akong di rin nakasama sa COE ko which is umaabot ng 10k per month. pero ang total gross ko sana if Basic Salary + Incentives + Overtime umaabot po ng 38k.

Thanks
For question 3. Yes it's possible na walang co-maker but make sure you have already built a good relationship with the bank.

My mom got recently approved sa bdo without a co-maker coz she's a widow and di rin ako pwde kasi i just started working. 1st time nya rin mag loan sa bank kasi all of her past loans were gsis salary loans.

Dun kami nag apply sa depository bank ng savings acct nya and kinausap talaga namin ang assigned sa auto loan and manager.

Accrd to them, just make sure na your monthly amortization wont exceed around 30% of your monthly income or else baka mahirapan sa approval if direct apply ka sa bank.

We're planning to get fortuner matic.. 30% down.. 23k monthly.. 60 months to pay * 25.80% interest in arrears

    Question guys,

Pag nagbayad na ba ng reservation fee dapat naka-locked in ka na sa price na yun? Nagtext ung agent na na nagincrease daw ng 40K ung unit price 2 months after nagbayad kami ng reservation fee.

Should we still be getting the pre-increase srp dapat or no choice na with the increased srp?

This is at Ford by the way.

Nope di ka locked sa old price. I guess reservation fees are just there for a sense of commitment to get you in the "line". Siguro iwas joy queuing lang just to show na seryoso ka in buying.

    another car company
In my case the head of the sales Manager guarantees me the current price with the reservation fee but i included a Bank PO with it. As of now wala pa rin unit ko and the price increase is looming next month. Hoping that the head sales manager will keep his word.

Paid reservation fee... ilang weeks and/or months ang waiting period for the unit to arrived?

Depends on the unit/car you want, and your mode of payment.

Kung in-demand, you may have to wait for weeks/months. Longest I've personally seen was 4-5 months waiting (a friend of mine) for a Fortuner.

Some SAs will prioritize those who opt for in-house financing because they will earn more.

It doesn't help with the pending excise tax implementation looming.

Mukang ganun na nga nagyayari of course SA will make excuses like mabagal ang supply (which is partially true) pero with that uunahin pa rin nya mga nag in-house financing... Fair or not, its business. I would also do that if I was on their side...

So wala intay intay na lang or pwede ka mag in house pero ensure na it can match the bank rates. You can show your approved bank PO and tell them to match it and promise to get their offer if the rates are matched.

as they already said above, it would depend on what model and color you indicated, and ...are you paying in cash or in installment!
back in 2005, the waiting time for the fortuner was about 8 to 9 months. i opted for the innova. hardly any waiting time, then. i got mine in a week.
and the reservation fee, is just for the reservation. unless stated so on paper, it does not guarantee in any way, the price.

but if the car is not in demand, and casa just happened to have the right variant and color and conduction sticker number, you can probably get it soon after the check clears, or soon after they count the bills.

be aware, that you are just one of thousands of buyers and reservationists, scattered thruout the country. "you are not unique". neither are your sales agent and casa. so, unless favored child kayo ng manufacturer or dealer, pare-pareho lang po kayo, sa mata ng manufacturer or dealer.

    happy waiting.

errr... ano pong car and model ang ina-awitan nila?

+1. Waiting is the name of the game. My SA was already my friend. Still, the system lends itself to the choice that makes the dealership (and SA) the most money overall.

    To illustrate:

Mine was a bank PO (UCPB). But I drove my unit home in 1 week, well technically 1 day (signed the bank PO in the morning and got the car in the evening), although the model was in demand (A Pearl White Fortuner V). How? Not because I was special. It was because, apart from the bank PO that gave a 1% incentive to the dealer, I paid 1% extra at the dealership itself, to match the minimum 2% incentive they usually add if you do in-house.

Not sure if you can do the same thing in your situation or whether you would be willing to. But if 1% extra is less than the excise tax, it's food for thought...
