naalala ko tuloy kwento nung friend ng dad ko, his borther works for the bank and sa repossessing division or something like that, ang kwento was one client had an over due account and is a candidate for repo, pag dating sa bahay nung cliente they told the client about the overdue account, and the client said, " ah yung civic ba? eto susi, sige kunin nyo na" gulat sila ganun na lang binigay agad yung susi... so they asked saan po yung civic? .... tinuro nung cliente ayun o nakaparada sa tapat... pointing to a total wreck car

kamot ulot yung taga banko, kaya pala di binabayaran wasak na pala

Teka, pano kapag ganito? Sorry na lang ang bangko? Hindi ba made-demanda ang debtor sa bangko?

I think yung insurance ang dapat mag bayad sa bank. Kaya your required to have comprehensive insurance pag naka mortgage pa yung unit. Pag walang insurance its the banks fault na coz overlook nila. hehehe

Well, this is assuming that the buyer actually still had renewed his insurance policy. But, for example, if he didn't, and at the same time stopped his monthly amortizations thus requiring the bank to repossess his car, then this should be the bank's loss now?
