My car has some dents and scratches specially at the front and rear bumper.., all of them where due to my own cause.., what does the insurance can do for me?

In the insurance paper my car has a 14 inch steel., rim I replaced it with a 15 inch concept one., but a few days ago., nabasag yung rim ko.., nahulog kasi yung auto sa kakagawa lang na kalsada sa gawing cabanatuan.., they've worked on the one side and left the other side of the road untreated.., and left a deep long hole in the middle.., my rim and tires were totally broken., what does the insurance can do for me?

For the dents and scratches in the body of your car, you can file for a claim for own damage. Just make an affidavit indicating the cause of the damages and the description of the damaged parts. You will be required to shoulder the minimum participation for the repair of the damages.

For the rims, they may just compensate you for the cost of the original steel rims and tires, minus the participation.

    Call your insurance.

The best they might do would be to reimburse you the cost of the original 14inch rim since that was the originally the way the car was insured.

    Wrong.

the 14inch steel rim is the thing insured. you cannot substitute
    on a whim.

If I insured my red shoes under a all risk policy and I damage my adidas
now which is what I am wearing. I cant claim on the policy covering my red shoes
for damages suffered by my adidas.

If you want your magwheels insured then you have to submit to your insurer
invoice receipt and official receipt of the tire and magwheels and pay the corresponding premium
    for proper endorsement.

True.. but it also depends on how close you are with your insurance company.

But yeah, generally, aftermarket wheel damage will not be covered if that was not there when the car was initially assessed for insurance.

I doubt you will be close enough that they will issue you a open policy.
    Ship owner ka siguro.

But generally it gets charged against the production of the agent
if it is to be considered ex gratia.

    it is possible.

Now how do you claim ex gratia?

Is there an IC memo or basis in the Insurance Code for this claims (pro-rata settlement of magwheel/s instead of set of 4 or 5)?
