2002 Honda Civic VTi -- 10.5 up to 13 (depende kung bagong service) mixed city/hiway.2007 Subaru Forester XT -- 7.8 (so far), mixed city hiway din.I use Petron Blaze and Caltex Gold.
honda civic lx:
petron xcs - 7.6 km/l
extra unleaded - 8.1 km/l
city driving - manila to makati
Honda City GL 1.3 TypeZ
City driving - 9 km/L
Highway driving - 11 km/L
2-week old Honda Jazz 1.5 VTEC, M/T
Combined city-hw driving:
so far it's at 11-12 KM/L.
I hope this will get better.
Businessman, your milage is fantastic... I have a mazda3 1.6 and I was getting a little below 6km/ltr with regular unleaded.. Now I switched to Petron XCS and I have improved to about 6.7 to 7km/ltr and this is purely city driving (makati only and plus inside the villages with all the humps)..Also inflated my tire presure to 30 to 32psi. this helped a bit as well... I cumputed that by using xcs (higher price per ltr) i actually save more money on the long run....
unleaded shell---7km/l mixed driving(Subaru Legacy MY1998 2.0 AWD)
shell diesel----9km/l mixed driving(Isuzu Trooper MY1999 3.1 4x4)
before sa liteace ko(after the top overhaul) 5-7km/l lang...pero now after the 4x4clinic in tanay, my liteace now averages 7-10km/L on the city! 100 pesos-- *P33.7/L(2.95L),-P34.98/L(2.8L), ko ngayon can go 18-20km with 5-15mins idle....
iba talaga pag nag-set na yung head...at na-practice ang sasakyan--nastrech ang di masyadong nagagalaw na joints and drivetrains....nozzle tip nalang papalitan ko--titpid pa to for sure..malaki na kasi buga ng tips,e....i think theres no need for me to change to manual tranny, mukhang tolerable na ang consumption...pero gusto ko parin gawing MT to,e...

marlonolli,
Wow expedition teritory yan!![]()
1st question is how do you drive. This has a very big effect on fuel consumption. Paglaging ratrat lakas talaga sa gas.
Well maintained ba oto mo? If your not sure, ask a competent shop to look at it. Baka may prob ang carb mo.
How much time do you spend idling?
Yuo can convert it to LPG.
At least 6 l/km cguro.
He, he. How much time do you spend idling?
Yuo can convert it to LPG.
Ang lakas po sa gas nyan sir! Tama si hominid basic muna. Have your throttle body cleaned din.
Mine is Exalta STA;
9km to 10km per liter - Las Pinas to Cybergate
8km to 9km per liter - Las Pinas to Antipolo.
NLEX / SLEX Driving approx 13km per liter siguro.
Hi,
Mine's is 2003 Vios 1.3E. Average = 16 Kpl combined city(65%)/highway(35%) driving
Highway normal driving (80-100kph) = 22kpl- quite nice
Hataw with aircon - as in NLEX at night (up to 140kph) = 18 kpl
I don't know if anybody has posted this, but it sure is hot interesting:
