maybe the evo owner was just looking for a way to blow his stock motor so he could get a Jun 2.2 motor afterwards, without Khaos this time. hahahahahaahahahaha!!!

nakita ko yung KHAOS booth sa robinsons malate. its at the 3rd floor ata near the scenic elevator and escalator going up
complete with video pa and a KHAOS device enclosed in a glass!
they have "carts" in malls... like Robinson's galleria, ermita and others. Plus side (for us), it seems no one passing by are even showing interest with the gadget.Originally Posted by quiksie

wow.. maybe next time you'll be able to see KHAOS as a car upgrade on the next need for speed underground!!!
Nakita ko rin stand nila sa Big R Cainta. Wala man lang pumapansin. Ako lang yata. he he he. I got one brochure and noticed that logos of major car brands are printed on it. Meron kaya silang pahintulot don?Originally Posted by quiksie

The name of your website sounds like "wooden shoes", "bakya." Try visiting my website : Universalishopper.com
this quote is after he attacks GH for supposedly poor grammar...bwahahaI am not asking your OPINION about KHAOS, I was just saying that it works fine with my old cars. That’s all I’m saying. And then, you came back with a barrage of your own “knowledge” about turbo charger, fuel-air-mixture, etc , posting the website address “tsikot.com” in your lengthy analysis/replies. Maybe you should be in Congress where people there are good talkers but not good doers!
this is my favorite...according to king-of-the-world Miravite, mas magagaling kaming mga Fil-Ams sa inyoWhy are you afraid to give your full identification, so we would find out who belongs to the ESTERO of Manila?
If you won't tell your name and full identification, you're not only MORONIC IN NATURE BUT IDIOTIC OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE MORE THAN ANYONE IN HISTORY!
Mind you, some Filipinos are good people, much more if they were born, raised and educated in the US!
Miravite must have a serious sense of humor or a built-in thinking impediment.
The Evo's default fuel-air ratio is 8.5:1.

To Gonzalpd:
i have a 1982 boxtype lancer. i am planning to install a khaos gas saver. since my car is that old, do you think the gadget will work? i dont know anything about that gadget but i really want to increase the power of my old car and most of all, save gas.
i'd been reading this thread for quite sometimes and it seems the gadget may somehow work in old cars. please advice me if i should install one. if you recommend, then i am willing to buy your unit (50% of the cost).
Also i want to seek the advice of other tsikoters like ghosthunter and others who knows somthing about the gadget.
thanks
what kind of gas mileage are you getting on your boxtype now? power is hard to guage kasi

diba on carbureted engines u can adjust ur fuel ratio by turning something? and changing nozzles or something...
hehe... please do.Originally Posted by ghosthunter
You can adjust your a/f ratio merely by changing your idle or pilot jets for something smaller. This leans out your gas at idle. Then compensate by increasing your main jets a bit (you don't want the car leaned out at high rpms, because this is where damage is mostly done on lean burn engines).Originally Posted by cadayjerry
This does EXACTLY what Khaos does, and is much safer if you have an experienced carb man tune everything, rather than putting a one-size-fits-all on your car.
And it'll probably cost you just as much or less, depending on how much you change.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Thanks for the inputs guys.
I just came from a repair shop a while ago.
My complain actually on my just acquired old model car is that, malakas sa gas and i smell gas whenever the window is open (fresh pa naman sana ang hangin dito sa baguio). anyway, i let my carburetor be cleaned (general cleaning). the mechanic found out that the jet valve is still original but its too big "daw" kaya malakas sa gas and that the carburetor is overflowing. the size of the jet valve is 190 and 112 (ano ba dapat ang size ng jet valve for 1400cc engine?) anyway, the mechanic recommend that we should change it to 112 and 85 respectively para matipid daw sa gas. i was worried that the power might deteriorate because of the significant decrease in size of the jet valve but he assured me that the power will still be the same and the fuel consumption will improved. after the repair, we road test it and the power deteriorated. we went back to the shop and he tuned up, made adjustment on various parts (i dont know kung ano yong mga parts na yon na nakakabit sa tension wires) and we road test it again. lumakas ulit yong hatak just like when the jet valves were not changed. i dont smell gas also kahit nakabukas yong window. for the fuel consumption, i will still observe if there will be an improvement for the next weeks.
At the shop, there is one 1979 model mitsubishi celeste being repaired with 4g32B engine (i dont know kung ilang cc yon). incidentally, the hood was open and i saw the gadget installed with mark "Khaos Super Turbo Charger". i look for the owner because i really want a first hand testimony on the gadget. sabi nya, he use to run an average of 8 KM/L before he installed the gadget and now he runs 10 KM/L. i doubt it immediately that he might exagerate it bacause i run an average of 5 to 6 KM/L with my boxtype considering that the terain here in baguio is almost 80% mountainous at saka masyadong matrafic. even my kia runs only 7 km/L. i always drive strictly not over 2000 rpm and i always use the highest possible gear. this is the second guy that i met here in baguio that use the said gadget. the first one was an owner of a wrangler powered by old model 15R toyota engine and he has the same testimony.
Guys, i will really observe if there will be an improvement on the fuel consumption of my boxtype for the next 4 weeks. but regardless of whether it will improve or not, i am still considering to install the gadget. anyway, my boxtype is old and it might be worth testing. sabi nga nila, to see is to believe.
to andy, the mileage reading of my boxtype is around 280,000 Km. i hope the adjustment made by the mechanic this morning will work.![]()
