Hi abetg. Is your kit EROOM (from Denso)? I also have a closed loop kit (EROOM), and used to have idling problems, leading to the engine stalling. Changed plugs, changed filters, etc, but problem persisted. In the end, the Koreans were able to trace it back to a possibly loose tubing, and air-fuel adjustments leading to the aircon. As it turns out, air intake changes when aircon is turned on or off.
Galing nung Korean (David Do). As long as you're able to show them the problem onsite, hindi niya tatantanan. In my case, I took them for a test drive, but the problem did not manifest (bwisit nga eh, biglang ang ganda nung takbo during test drive). Buti na lang he was able to recreate the problem when turning the aircon off (while idling). I would never have thought it was aircon related, kasi namamatayan ako more when I'm braking. From there, he twisted a few knobs, and voila! Never na ako namatayan uli!
Sorry, haba kuwento ko. Bottomline, if EROOM yan, bring it to their Highway54 office, and have them tune it there.
