Hello GH. As promised, i am finally reporting to all tsikoteers on the peso savings of my LPG fueled car.

I had mine installed last May 19, 2008 in Pampanga by CAT-GAS for 21k.

Car : 1998 RAV4 4 door
LPG kit: Mixer type, China brand
Tank: Cylindrical tank (maybe around 50 liters)

E10 Unleaded (Shell) STATISTICS:

Distance run: 33.3 KM
Money spent: P245.89
E10 consumed: 5.13 liters
Distance travelled per liter: 6.50 KM/L
Peso/KM: 7.38

LPG STATISTICS:

Period Covered: 19 May 2008 to 7 June 2008
Distance run: 1139.30 KM
Money spent: P5,825.10
LPG consumed: 205.19 liters
Distance travelled per liter: 6.088 KM/L
Peso/KM: 4.83
Fuel Loss (LPG compared to E10 unleaded): 6% loss
Savings: 41%

PESO SAVINGS: 4,985.03.

So far, i have saved P4,985.03. I will update my progress from time to time. My car drives 60% city and 40% highway (NLEX).

I am also considering installing LPG on my wifey's car. So far, i am still canvassing on SGI kits price.
