*TS: If you're really bent on buying a car given your predicament then I suggest the following:
- CRV (1st generation)
- Expedition - para iwas hiram kasi malakas sa gas
- Chev venture - comfortable 7 seater but then iwas hiram din kasi malaks sa gas
- Honda Odyssey - nice handling and malakas din sa gas
Just get anything na malaks sa gas hehehe

Avoid the Chevy Venture. Guzzles gas worst than the XP and reliability worst than Erap's political promises.

Avoid the XP. Parts are expensive including the air ride suspension. Any leak (due to age or abuse) will lead to a "lower rider" of an XP. Fixing is very expensive. I am not sure if there is a cheaper work around of replacing the air ride with standard springs.
