yun prof ko nun college he always emphasized pag bibili ng Computer after two or three months daw. kase pag new release, there might be bugs on it.

i think same goes for any gizmo, like a car. after a year or two from the release bago bumili ng kotse. malay nyo may bug pala first units, and then a recall follows. or after a year or two, they would improve what the first units lacked or complaints from users.

Innova is running on Jakarta streets for ??? months/years already, so this should have been tested and corrected bago pa man napunta dito sa pinas. . After a few months, cguradong mey mga add on's..just my 2 cents

onga mazda... kainis nga yun RAVJ na yan!!! :D tas an bilis pa naubos... same experience din sa d-max... after a year, yun 05 model got better comfy rear suspension, new silver panels inside and new radio. like the city... after a year ata, nilabas yun 1.5... and i remember the xwind also, dami pila nuon. and then there came the exhaust pipe problem(?)

di kaya magkaroon ng sport innova? or innova VX? hehehe just kidding ... meron naman yun high end nila na G variant? tutal innova replaced the revo which has toyota phils bread winner ata

ok naman siguro bumili ng innova ngayon ... its just that an bilis mag facelift ang mga companies nowadays... pero yun altis halos wala. based na rin siguro sa response ng buyers. kung ako lang bibili i'd wait for initial reviews muna, a couple of short-term and longterm reviews to see what were the initial problems that came out etc... malaking pera din yun bibili ng kotse. sayang kung it turns out to be a lemon, generally speaking

yun innova ba, CBU sya? or locally assembled?

Good looks wika nga.

best advice is get what you really like. of course test drive, to get a real feel of the car. idaan mo sa lubak, brake mo agad, etc. of course don't just be a driver but as a passenger as well. sit in front, then at the back or rear most and feel the car. then scrutinize every feature like cup holders, the radio, the feel of the buttons etc. it can sometimes, make or break a car hehehe. then check mo rin yun after sales service. kunin mo commitment ng agent... minsan, after they've sold you the car ang hirap habulin yun warranty.

mga bros, just visited Toyota Alabdang today. The Sales Lady said that the current Innova price now is just introductory. They might be adjusting the price by next month, dami na kasing nakapila. So, if you're planning to buy one, reserve now...otherwise...

innova for me too, fresh design, newer platform

(although there would be a lot of good options on the used-car market too for the price)

revo upgraded to larger headlight (around 2001)
adventure upgraded to a much larger headlight (2004)
crosswind also upgraded to a larger headlight (2004/5)

Third row is split fold pala.

One thing that I notice is that mababa ang headroom.

Ang aircon duct niya for 2nd and 3rd row ay sa ceiling nakalagay, 2 on each row. Hindi kaya mahina ang aircon nito during the day 11a-3p?

Those items that I just mentioned are things that somebody will get used to it in the long run, so its not a big deal.

dunno ha? and no offense to the innova lovers, but i really don't like the shape and "tayo" ng innova. parang andun pa rin yung kaluluwa ng revo eh.

but back to the question, diba ibang classification naman ang innova and crosswind? the innova, as TPI claims is more on the MPV type, while everyone knows that the Crosswind is on the AUV type. so i guess they are of opposite worlds.

but if i am to choose, i would choose the Crosswind over the Innova. imho.

That's a bunch of BS. Maybe they're hoping that you would change your mind and get the "E" variant.
