mga bros, just visited Toyota Alabdang today. The Sales Lady said that the current Innova price now is just introductory. They might be adjusting the price by next month, dami na kasing nakapila. So, if you're planning to buy one, reserve now...otherwise...

innova for me too, fresh design, newer platform

(although there would be a lot of good options on the used-car market too for the price)

revo upgraded to larger headlight (around 2001)
adventure upgraded to a much larger headlight (2004)
crosswind also upgraded to a larger headlight (2004/5)

dunno ha? and no offense to the innova lovers, but i really don't like the shape and "tayo" ng innova. parang andun pa rin yung kaluluwa ng revo eh.

but back to the question, diba ibang classification naman ang innova and crosswind? the innova, as TPI claims is more on the MPV type, while everyone knows that the Crosswind is on the AUV type. so i guess they are of opposite worlds.

but if i am to choose, i would choose the Crosswind over the Innova. imho.

    sir happy..

Third row is split fold pala.

One thing that I notice is that mababa ang headroom.

Ang aircon duct niya for 2nd and 3rd row ay sa ceiling nakalagay, 2 on each row. Hindi kaya mahina ang aircon nito during the day 11a-3p?

Those items that I just mentioned are things that somebody will get used to it in the long run, so its not a big deal.

That's a bunch of BS. Maybe they're hoping that you would change your mind and get the "E" variant.

They can't install power windows because they don't know or are just to lazy to do so.

Even my dad had power windows installed on a 1975 Datsun. And that model didn't even have a variant with OEM power windows!

strayWOLF, my ultimate choiced before was crosswind-sportivo. But, when innova was introduced, I was surprisingly attracted to it. The next thing I've known...got my reservation.
What can you conclude when one product is giving promotions like this:

The Sportivo “Drive to Thrill” program offers potential buyers the opportunity to adequately familiarize themselves with the newest innovation in the AUV category. What’s more? All test drivers will automatically be given with a token and an entry coupon for a chance to win a 21” JVC TV (with rack) every month within the duration of the test drive program (January 17 up to May 08).

In my opinion, this promotion is to attract more customers. Perhaps, the sales is not going smoothly. For me, go for innova. In the next few years, you will expect isuzu to stop crosswind & opt for other model to counteract innova.

Hope that they put wider and bigger tires in future models. Parang pang motor yung gulong ang nipis.

I just made my reservation kanina at Toyota for the Innova. Problem ko naman ngayon is whether I'll have Toyota put up the power lock, keyless entry and back up sensor or sa labas ko nlang ipapagawa. Kung sa Toyota ko ba pinagawa ung accessories, is it included sa inssurance? =)
