All that matters is acceleration times and top speed. Doesn't matter if you have a bajillion hp if your car is shaped like a brick and weighs as much as an ocean liner.

Regarding advertised power: The Trailblazer 2.8 is the real deal. Even the "178 hp" variant made more power on the dyno than the Navara and the Strada, and the 200 hp version puts out much more. Speedlab has done one with bolt-ons, chip and alcohol running over 240 hp at the wheels.
