Update mga sir. We reserved a unit (innova e dsl AT) last saturday for 71k dp 26,467 monthly.
Then yesterday, agent was apologizing as they ran out of 2019 model. She offered 2020 model at 92,800 dp and same amort. Wala daw pinagkaiba ung mga 2019 at 2020 model. Any insights on this?

Sa ganyan, I personally tell the agent to find me the unit.

As the buyer, may understanding na with the price, dp and amort.

-the innova is assembled in santa rosa laguna

-there are other sales agents... with over 70 or 80? dealerships nationwide..i'm sure meron ka mahahanap na sales agent.

IMO find another dealer.

    Binalik ko, inayos under warranty.

    Problem solved.

So far, knock on wood, yung lang naman.

inuna na commission nya kung makakalusot. ask another dealer and compare. marami dealers tawag tawag lang. verify mo din ano talaga difference ng 2020 sa 2019, makikita mo kung nakakaintindi agent mo. good luck.

For me, it is a matter of principle.

Matino usapan... the agent had all the time on their end to check stocks before you signed.

And for whatever reason, after na magpirmahan, dp... bigla sasabihin wala na stock and kelangan dagdagan dp... tapos "walang pagbabago sa amort". I call BS and it's mainly a commission thing.

EDIT: And tingnan mo, magically, bumaba malapit sa usapan ninyo yung dp na hinihingi niya ngayon for a "newer model".

I call BS na talaga. Mag cocomplain pa ako talaga via email para black and white lahat, both to the local dealer and Toyota Philippines.

Isama pa mga screenshots ng SMS etc.

This behavior should not be tolerated.

Yeah it sounds like she wants bigger commision. But we haven't paid dp yet, we just reserved for 5k. I can refund 5k anytime. Besides, CR would reflect 2020 model. Hmm, should I demand 71k dp for the 2020 model?

You can always talk to the agent and settle the discrepancy before you call it quits and go to other casa...

If it were me, and I would really do this kung ginanyan ako ng agent.

    1) I will talk to another dealer ASAP to give me a quote na same vehicle (2019). I will not tell the first agent na kumakausap na ako iba kasi ayaw ko na yan kausapin kung ganyan gagawin niya sa usapang matino naman.

    2) Habang nagintay ako quote, magemail naman ako sa original dealer office (not the agent's direct email) and CC Toyota Motor Philippines (wag blind carbon copy, CC para kita nila na included ang head office sa loop) sa ginawa ng agent nung specific dealer. I will write names talaga and kung nagmamadali, inform them that screenshots can be provided if needed as supplementary proof na umiba ihip ng hangin ng agent bigla.

Kung yung promo din nila walang naka state na yung pricing was only for "2019" Model Year, well, walang pinanghahawakan agent na yun.
"anung 2020?! E 2019 ngayon, balak ninyo ba delay rehistro ko to next year so di ninyo plano pagamit sa akin kotse ko for at least 3 months?

    Those are my thoughts. =)

Unless ang makuha mo is VKool, 3M or equivalent (kahit OEM) na UV Resistant Tints, I don't think the freebies would matter kasi payong lang yan at keychain. haha!

Kung may complaint ako sa Skycable, PLDT at nung nagkaissue service ko with Mitsubishi and Nissan before, email lahat.

Both sa Skycable and PLDT nakakuha na ako refund since may time stamps ang emails =).

Sa MMPC and Nissan naman, may call back from head office within 24 hours after I sent my email to ask what happened and umaandar naman yung concern. Sila na kumausap sa dealer/service center to address my concern and sinend na lang sa akin is resolution. =)

We're actually fine with 76800dp and 2020 indicated on the CR. We're thinking it will have higher resale than 2019 indicated. Can anyone confirm?

Baka hindi mo magamit Innova mo ng 3 months at least... more than 3 kung usad pagong pa submission nila by next year.

EDIT: Ngayon ko lang napansin na yung YES emoji was reply to "Is she hot?" haha!

Fine by me. For as long as 2020 nga talaga siya. I do wonder what differences there are from the 2019 model though. [emoji848]

I like your principle when it comes to complaints. I, too, do this once in a while depending on the gravity of situation. Service (in general) in ph will be a whole lot better when all of pinoys think like us. I usually demand compensation from companies whenever i complain (bad service, bad product, loss of time etc). Problem is, Filipinos are very TOLERANT. In this case with toyota though, I felt a bit as if im being hustled, that is why I asked for help. Thanks for the inputs, had i not sought for help, i might have agreed on the 92800 deal.
