    my 1992 B13 AT

    160,000 kms

already replaced the matic tranny (it's sliding), GA16DE still pulls unbelievably hard, suspension is better than most new cars (it's independent rear suspension, better than our Accent, Altis and Vios). still good stance, still decent looking

nice one bro. what you've said is related to my other thread entitled "keep your old car vs. buying a new one" with respect to their suspensions. how about it's handling and performance? comparable pa ba sa new cars that you've mentioned?

Thanks. Well, handling wise I say it's even better than my Accent But of course, you can feel its age and shortage of body rigidity compared to cars mentioned. Handling per se, seems upto par but the shortage of rigidity doesn't inspire confidence. Still, a well maintained old car shall serve your commuting needs well. I believe if my car is a manual unit, it can still spank or run with most new car. My cousin has a manual severely beaten up B13, kambal ng oto ko kaso manual, drove it last week. Boy! It does RUN!!! )

That B13 is my project car. I'm the second owner. 1st owner was an old chinese native man, who i think never grew fond of manila.
