replace gas engine at 120k miles (forgot to put back oil fill cap) with a surplus turbodiesel engine.
clock is now at 237,300 miles as of this writing......8 km per liter (traffic) ....11 kpl (highway)

my 1992 B13 AT
160,000 kms
already replaced the matic tranny (it's sliding), GA16DE still pulls unbelievably hard, suspension is better than most new cars (it's independent rear suspension, better than our Accent, Altis and Vios). still good stance, still decent looking

Thanks. Well, handling wise I say it's even better than my Accent But of course, you can feel its age and shortage of body rigidity compared to cars mentioned. Handling per se, seems upto par but the shortage of rigidity doesn't inspire confidence. Still, a well maintained old car shall serve your commuting needs well. I believe if my car is a manual unit, it can still spank or run with most new car. My cousin has a manual severely beaten up B13, kambal ng oto ko kaso manual, drove it last week. Boy! It does RUN!!! )
