devil's advocate here..
what if the car dealer says, "we didn't know that! it appears we were conned as well by the guy who sold the car to us!".
remember, it is you who will have to prove fraud on their part.
yes, it may be true that you have a case against the dealer. but it will probably be an upward climb all the way if you go to court... are you willing to go the distance?
perhaps if you can show that there are many other similar cases against this particular dealer..
by the way, what's wrong with the car? or, is there nothing wrong with it at all, except the mileage...?
if there's nothing really wrong with it, then i suggest you drive and enjoy it.
btw... i bought an ex-taxi.. so i know how you feel..
