I realized that some of you want me to complain and some want me to just accept it para iwas hassle. Pero for me, I think I need to do something about this not only for me but also for other prospective car buyers. We worked hard for the money that we pay for the car, so it's just fair that we get equal value.

I called DTI earlier and told them my story. I was so glad to hear from them that I have a case. I learned also that they have lots of similar cases, which is really sad. The next step for me is to write a formal letter to DTI (I can send it either through email or visit them in their office) and wait for a maximum of 1 week for the mediation. So good luck na lang sa akin.
