What units?
Ground clearance is measured from the ground to the lowest point of the vehicle (under the differential on trucks and suv's, usually the bumper or sills on regular cars (mudflaps not included)

What do you mean by withstand?
Most cars breathe air from headlamp level and the engine will survive the ocassional dip. I've forded water to the headlamps in my old Benz with no problems.
As to water entering the cabin, that's another thing. Water may seep into the cabin but most of the time you will make it across the water crossing.
If you want to make it through unscathed, a sedan isn't the right tool for the job. Better get a Suzuki Jimny or something.

Thanks for clarifying! Seems Yokohama uses the same dealer for Falken tires in Sta. Cruz. Still...
Low budget yet good quality tires
