Well, im around 6ft, if space is a priority, cx-5 has the smallest interior, rear legroom is kinda cramp for large people, crv and rav 4 are bout equal, forester is the roomiest, ample legroom for the driver and the passengers plus big windows, mpg is bout the same except the rav4, i heard from some owners that its kinda thristy.....power figures are online, pero i did 230kph on a xt once, my picks are, 1st to last, xt( best space, handling, power, interior is spartan with a purpose) cx-5(ill move this to 3rd if rear legroom is an issue, sya pinaka pogi, nice big wheels), crv 2.4 ( crv has the best interior for me, problem is this is objective, btw i like the driver's seat) and last would be rav 4, im dissapointed sa rav 4, lakas sa gas kulang sa ommp. Test drive na!!
I heard about problems with subaru service, that parts sometimes take months to arrive, and that service is quite expensive. Is this true?
How about Mazda service? Any problems after the 3 year free service is over?

ganun din parang subaru. compact crossovers are never really popular nowadays so expect the time delay for parts, except maybe for the Ecosport, since there are so many. pag madami dami mag-grey market.
the previous model Tucson, the CRV yan siguro medyo madami ka pa options sa parts. others wag mo na pag-isipan pa.
Is the new sportage available already? Better alternative to the Tucson I think.
OB, what model headunit did you buy at Lazada for 4T? Is it good enough? Does it have video input for back up camera?
The new Tucson looks big, something like the previous generation Santa Fe already. I have seen the new Sportage and it doesn't bring that "wow" factor for me.
as an owner of a Korean nakita ko na style nila. they hire german designers but they use substandard parts sa mga electronics and i think even sa metal for those suspension parts. it's just not for Philippine setting, so soft.
sa parts bumabawi Koreans. so again, my advice don't be swayed sa looks. not worth it imho. The Japs are affordable naman so why even bother. in fact, Ford is better than the Koreans. I own a Ford too. iba talaga, pati electronics schematics nila pang-lito.
Thankx JUT , you types a lot from iPhone.
Well I have now clearer picture of the vehicles.
Mazda CX-5 is still the best base model CUV for me, very efficient and still a looker. Minor changes for 2016 helped keep it look fresh. The downside is the expensive battery for the annoying i-stop system. It's a pity this doesn't have second row aircon vents at this day and age.
The Escape 1.6 SE is a contender too, looks and feels solid, worth a look for just 1.059M. That's if you're up to the risk of maintaining a rare vehicle with no parts support whatsoever.
The Korean twins are good vehicles, but personally would not want to own one here. If we were in North America or Australia, this would be at the top of my list.
