Kahit hindi include ang PUV sa sales, papasok pa rin ang toyota, dahil from government, private company & embassy
gamit nila for service, saka yun nga, yung parts and availability, madaling mahanap and madaling maayos.
About naman po sa pie chart,
It proves na talagang merong improvement ang economy, yung mga promos and loan options between bank and car dealer para maka-avail ang certain buyer lalo na kung first time buyer ng sasakyan.
yung pagiging practical wise ng previous car owner na bibili ulit ng sasakyan, and the strategic gameplay ng car dealer, pag dating sa sales, kung ano ang ipantatapat between sa bare/standard, mid-end at TOTL, pag dating sa pricing.

fort vs montero pa din pala. lamang ng konti yun fort. considering na ang laki na ng discount ng montero (70-115k) and maliit lang discount sa facelifted fort (25k-40k). pogi kasi yun gunmetal mags siguro ng fort hehe

At 6% of the total pie, and with this distribution,- not worth it to compete, IMO.... Of course we are not fully aware of the margins....
Ecosport is leading because it is new,- and is priced just above subcompact...

2005: Not much choice kasi during that time for the SUV, just the CRV and RAV4- both CUVs without much seating capacity (and so we bought a van... )
2005: Because the City, IMO, looks very ugly (sorry for those who still own this model - either you love it or you hate it)... And the new Vios ala Camry just came out... Also, the sizes of the subcompacts are just too small compared to the compacts...(but we bought a tiny Jazz, and we loved it) Now, the subcompacts are offered at about the size of the compacts in 2005,- which is good,- and they look good too now...
2005: 5-seater gas guzzlers,- nah!!! And they're priced way up there!
