    The logical choice is condominium.

    A condo can hold its value better than any car, except for classics.

    Sa Manhattan Garden, may promo sila, No DP and Zero Interest for 5 years (50% of the TCP). Beats any car financing program out in the market now. Also, may paper profit agad ako na P260k (kasi nag-appreciate ng 10k/sqm yung property na nabili ko from the time I bought it, hehehe)

    if i have 3M, i'll get a second hand car. cash.
    and the rest, i'll put some 50% for a residential H&L. dun sa amin sa las pinas, daming mga houses na around 2.5M. so ang DP mo is around 1.2M + 500K sa car = 1.7M.

    and invest the rest sa liquid investment channel for emergency purposes. pag hindi ginamit, nagiinterest pa.

    the MA for the H&L will come from your monthly income.

    but if it is disposable, get both cash.
