NUNG BAGO. but the steel was imported from china. it is soft and brittle. it rusts faster. pipes also get corroded by sea water faster, sbdc schedule 80 pipes do not even last 6 months. i was on a rig made in 1983 by the same shipyard made with japanese steel, ilang beses nabangga di man lang nabutasan. 3 years ago i was on a rig built with chinese steel, nabangga ng tug boat, 30 foot gash on the side. same with chinese stainless steel. imagine nakatatak, 316 stainless. suppose to be one of the best stainless steels money can buy. pero after 1 year kilakalawang. yes, no mistake there, stainless steel na kinakalawang. stainless steel tubing suppose to be rated for 5000 psi will burst at only 4000 psi. equipment that is american designed, proven reliability as per our experience. what happened, they outsourced from china (may tatak e, "fabrique en chine"). they simply do not even last 50% of what we were used to. same US company brand but outsourced from china.

i do not even want to start with our norwegian designed, proven over the years but now made in china life boat.

yeah, oil rigs and cars are totally different animals. but ...

anyway, hope you the best.
ayan, yan nga mga comments na okay. I honestly don't have respect for people bashing a brand that they didn't experience themselves.

But basically, you are saying na those Cars that would be made in China, they won't last long? Even under proven Brands? Like for Example, the Ford Escape/Maverick, it will be produced in China.
