can Nissan call its cars Evo? i would think that Mitsu would be smart enough to trademark the name Evo/Evolution...

The 360 is 80 or so hp less than the Nismo, so it's somewhat an unfair comparison. I'm pretty sure the Skyline will have a much harder time against let's say a Gallardo, Ford GT or the 360's replacement, the 430. Maybe an M5 with some suspension mods ought to surpass it on the track as well.

if you ask me.. in our country right now go for the one that is not a car for the rich and the executives.. if your living on the edge and what some adrenaline rush then go for the skyline. it's very rare na makakita ka ng r34 na skyline right now, bmw m5 series or the 5 series you can see everyday at makati and at eastwood area.. go for the rare one...

actually, the nismo gt-r s-tune, with 400hp, also ran against a modded modena, and 911 turbo. the s-tune beat the modena, and was better than the 911 on the corners (better braking, faster exit and entry speed), but the 911 won over them due to sheer power. :D

iba pa yung z-tune, the best of the n-tune cars.

sana best motoring could do a shootout with the other cars uli, updated with new models kung meron. :D

how come that concept skyline looks like the old one na kasabayan ng 350z?

what about the recent G35-esque car running around in the nurburgring that magazines were suspecting to bethe upcoming GT-R in G35 (dis)guise?

Actually, the "old" E39 M5 would be way sufficient. Already way too much power. This car is also very safe due to the technologies it employs, provided the driving aids are not switched off.

Took me 2 years to master the 190 hp in my 525. With 400, it will like take 5 years and lots of set of tires and brake pads or track time.... Maybe detuned to 350 hp makes a bit of sense, yes, set the rev limiter to 1000 rpm lower than redline!. The car will probably last forever... .
