muka ngang may high school student pa rito ha. i'm still young though but i'd prefer an m5 over the r34. it's just that, the r34 is a "godzilla"(its looks are contradictory to is name coz it looks dull imho) because of it's dependence to electronic enhancements and can make a pro racer out of a newbie driver. while the m5(referring to a gtr version para fair) is more of a pro racer's car. if you'd ask me, i rather compare an M3GTR against the nismo r34 para fair. M5 should be compared to an RS4 and not an r34.
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?
WOW!... 2 of my dream cars! ;) But I guess, I dreamed the nismo Ztune GTR a lot more than the M5. It matches myself more eh, that's the first thing I consider when choosing. One of fastest production car ever made w/ 10.06sec.![]()
o wag na patulan ang mga ignorante. pareh pareho kayong malilinchakan sakin at kukurutin ko kayo sa singit.
I'd buy both if i can.
but for now, call me boring, matanda, or whatever. I'm 25.
but I'd get the m5.
I love the skyline, but given the choices, and my taste in cars (my family loves german cars, specifically benzes. and FYI, i drive a "daddy" car c220....AND my chics love it...aside from me being pogi of course :charot: ) I'd get what young, ignorant people call boring and for old people only cars.

ako naka drive na ng M5. yun pipiliin ko. di pa kasi ako nakaka drive skyline e.
and yes. im old.
hahaha! nice one!!!!
pero kasi mahirap mamili... I'm a Nissan fan... and I love the Skyline. pero i wouldn't deny na the M5 is one helluva car.... so in the end, dedepende talaga yan sa preference ng tao eh..
performance wise, both are equal para sa akin cos both have their pros and cons naman....
yung M5 leans sa luxury, yung Skyline naman, agressiveness...
If I had the money to buy just like a lot of people said here, I would buy both....
sabi nga sa isang article that i read, Nissan/Infinity are the Japanese BMWs daw... =)
reminder lang po.... trippin' could get you banned... so iwas na lang.... no non-sense na sana po!
just my two cents.... peace
my cousin bought a used 2006 BMW M5 2 months ago. I convinced my wife to go to connecticut because i wanted to test drive my cousin's new baby....we drove nearly 120 miles and I was not disappointed. i drove the M5 on the freeway with my cousin without activating the M button. iba talaga ang feel nung kotse....handling is superb and acceleration is very quick (I would not dare try smoking the tires though hehe). suspension is driver adjustable and body roll is almost non-existent even at high speeds....
my least favorite feature is the Idrive....mahirap gamitin. pati yung navigation system is difficult to use
I could not speak for the skyline though
but i love the styling of the future Nissan GT-R. It would be released here in the US by june so im pretty excited to see one on the road....
rs4 isnt the direct competitor of the m5.. rs4 is more with m3. while on the level of m5 you will find merc e55/63 and cls55/63..
the r34 nismo z-tuned is very limited.. only 20 were made. so even if you have the money, it might not be as easy as getting a brand new m5 from the showroom.
These two are very different cars...
If you have the stomach to endure a jittery ride everyday, then the GT-R is for you.
At least on the M5 all you have to fret about is a notoriously heavy clutch on the stick-shift models.
That said, both aren't really desirable cars for me. They're both big and heavy and a pain to drive around Manila in.
I'd choose neither car. I'd personally want to drive a souped up merc.
