Sir puede na yung Vios 1.5 G with 70 K discount, Free ba yung LTO & Insurance ?

Free LTO. Pero di free ang insurance.

I liked the bronze as well pero sa 1.5 G lang available.

Sa 1.5 SE white, red and black lang. I am leaning more with the SE para at least medyo iba itsura sa karamihan.

Yung una quote nya sa SE is 70k discount pero need to pay 7+k for LTO.
Sabi ko i-free na LTO. 2nd quote nya is 65k discount, inalis ang visor at back up sensor. Eto free LTO na. Kaso mukhang di rin free eh kasi binawasan discount at accessories.

    Our priorities:
    - passenger space
    - AT fuel economy (wife-friendly)
    - relatively cheap maintenance
    - durability

Low on the list were looks, power and performance since it's going to be a family city car with the occasional summer road trips.

We wrote off the following choices:
    - City: wife tried riding one in the back with two other adults and she thought it was too cramped.
    - Accent: high door sills in the back keeps the kids from looking out.
    - Fiesta: too small but the hatch was one of the wife's top contenders.
    - Mazda 2: my first love (I learned to drive on its granddaddy the Ford Laser) but the AT was out of our budget.
    - Rio (new): wasn't out that time yet and the previous gen is notoriously thirsty for its size CMIIW.
    - Lancer Cedia: Lancer na naman?!!!
    - Sentra DX: looks too big for the engine.

Problema lang sa common car is because it's so common my wife has to look twice and make sure it's me when I pick her up especially at night :D
Only one thing... the City feels cramped compared to the Vios, for you? Weird. It's actually the other way around...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

It is? Does the City still have the hump on the floor? She said there were three of them in the back so the center hump might have made the middle passenger's feet move to the sides. My kids love the flat floor of the Vios because they can lie down and sleep on it :D

Ganyan talaga pag tumatawad..me kasabihan pickers cant be choosers..I don't own one but Vios is very practical & frugal to maintain. Taxi units are proof enough. Be prepared with things to come lang..hefty discounts & freebies are proven ways of getting rid inventories before new model deliveries are justified..but if you're all happy sa ka deal ninyong mag-asawa congrats and enjoy your new ride.!

One thing I noticed with the Vios though, yes it does have a flat floor, but the seats are too low to the ground (or perhaps the floor is too high), but point is, compared to the City, you bend your knees more in the Vios than the City.

Being a ~4 year old design, the Vios is starting to show its age, especially in size. It does look smaller than the other subcompacts, and definitely it's narrower. I find that Toyota did use the space cleverly, but then again there's only so much you can do with a small body.

Newer cars such as the Rio and Accent actually feel as big as some compacts, such as the Altis.

one thing i don't like about the Vios is the rear seat. Parang ang hirap umupo.

Who says mahal ang parts and accs ng Accent? Have you heard of a place called Seiring?
To give you a perfect example
Orig door visor set for Accent 500 pesos
Sa iba brand of car over a thousand pesos peke pa
