May 18th, 2010 12:16 PM #1I'm planning to get a replacement for my mitsu pajero
my options would be the Montero Sport, Ford Everest, a 2nd hand patrol, or a 2nd hand gen 3 mitsu pajero, isama na rin natin Fortuner.
I am more concerned with availability of parts, fuel consumption, "serious" off-roading capabilities, and decent acceleration (medyo sluggish yun acceleration ng lumang pajero)
So I would like to get insights from owners of these rigs to help me decide what to get.

Since you`ll be using it on serious off-roading I`ll be staying away on second hand vehicles merely because of we don't know how did the previous owner used it.
He may have abused it in some sort of way, we don't know.
I`ll pick the Montero here. For sure, it can handle serious off-roading. And, you'll have less worry because your unit is BRAND NEW.

Ford Everest for "serious" off roading... Kung moderate off-roading Montero Sport ayos na... Fortuner, wag na!

ouch.... may fortuner ako, in fact malakas ang fort sa off roading heavy duty suspension nya and matibay.
pag sinama mo 2 yan sila nalang maglalaban yan talaga ang mga tunay na SUV, truck/pickup based lang yung the rest, sama mo narin LC 200...sa latter akoLast edited by shadow3616931; May 18th, 2010 at 05:09 PM.

I have nothing against the Fortuner, shadow. Kaso so its already too old and too common.
Choice I would have made as well.
2024 Innova Zenix 2.0 V CVT (non-HEV) vs Innova...
