Well compared dun sa mga maliliit na offerings nila like vios and wigo na alam mo manipis talaga pati seats.. ang nipis.. i have the 2016 fortuner strudy naman ang built pero pag nalubak ng big time dama mo yung alog ng body.. hehe.. plus yung 3rd row seats ay maalog din pag naka angat..

Yung mobilio meron yung pinsan ko.. pero pag sumakay ka parang hindi sya gawa ng honda compared sa city.. yung mobilio pa nya eh walang pang 1 year 3 beses na nasira aircon.. umabot na sila sa dti for lemon law.. kaso wala din replacement na nangyari.. honda just gave them a 5 year extended warranty.. ang hina ng implementation ng batas sa atin

Montero looks not appealing to me.. plus its the ride is too boaty.. in crawling traffic, i can see the rear moving up every time the driver step on the brakes..

Brv naman looks like a mobilio on stilts..

Luckily for me hindi ako ganyan magisip. I set a budget then stick to it. 200K in 5 years is more than 4K per month pa rin. That is still not a small amount for me.

Yung nga point ko kung budgeted ka go for xpander kung me extra cash ka go for innova. Why mo ipilit isiksik family mo sa maliit na mpv kung kaya mo naman bumili ng auv?

Agree. Hindi naman nagbago yung total cost whether you pay it upfront or you spread it out for 5 years. That 200k will even become 250k over the course of 5 years once interest is factored in.

Well to each to his own. If a much better car doesnt cost that much monthly, why not take it di ba. For me, I always work on a range. Min and max monthly. If the added cost is still within the range, then go. If not, then no.

Honestly, I was hoping for the Rush to place second or third, not because I believe the Xpander or BRV or Ertiga is better than the Rush, but because I want Toyota to improve the products they are offering. They see no competition and are raking billions to the tune of 13.4 billion pesos in 2017 (+11% from 2016) by offering slightly above average prices while having fewer features. Case in point, just compare closely priced variants of the Vios and City and you'll know what I am referring to. I thought the Mirage/G4 could atleast shake the subcompact segment a few years ago, but after 5 years the Vios is still the sales king by a large margin.

Unfortunately, I believe this will not be the case. Even I is now a believer of Toyota's reliability and ease of maintenance that If I am in the market for these small mpv/suv, the Rush will be one of the top picks even if I like the look of the Xpander more.
Unfortunately, naging rebadge king na si toyota kaya their sales are declining around the globe. It's the fact, plus nag upgrade na ibang manufacturers.

Nagsasabi lang ako ng katotohanan na di rin naman mukang malabo mangyari. Kaya di ako fanboy or ano man nasa isip mo.
