Well it's now official. Honda Makati just texted that Honda Mobilio will be arriving at Honda Cars Makati, Pasig, Alabang, Shaw & Global City.
They did not indicate actual date though. . .

As per the website of HCPI, it will be in 17 days so May 2 would be the launch most likely.. maybe. =)

I do hope at least it gets a 1.5 turbo charged petrol engine instead of just the standard 1.5 VTeC.. Or maybe by some miracle, a 1.5 i-Dtec as an option at least even as TOTL

turbo on a gas engine.... hmmm.... powerful but takaw gas.

Hehe! Well, as long as the turbo doesn't kick in too early you can still run the car without turbo spooling. But when you are loaded/climbing a hill with load, at least you can tap into that extra power should you need to.

But I am curious about the 1.5 i-Dtec especially since the DoE now seems to be pushing for a June 2015 Euro 4 compliance or at the latest early 2016. Will we see new diesel engines that are Euro 4 being introduced then as being hinted at by some dealers whenever they launch a new model?
