My grandfather has a 2004 Camry 2.0E. I think it performs just about same as the 2.0G except that the latter is loaded with features. Bulletproof ride. Almost maintenance free. Of the 9 years of ownership, only the aux fan and the AC evaporator broke. Almost faultless ride and very comfy.
But as for me, I prefer the Accord of same era, though.
