They apply for a "kind of loan" na of course mas maliit ang interest sa car loan, then gets the cash and buy a new car.

Bank manager ang nagsuggest din nito, although you have to know the ropes to execute it.

Chattel mortgage -- a.k.a. Sangla na hindi real estate. Kasunduan siya na nakasangla ang isang bagay (na hindi real estate). Ang detalye, pati na din ang pagbayad ay nakasaad sa loob ng kontrata -- kaya unawaing mabuti!

That would be nice. We just got our housing loan restructured from 8 years to go to 5 years. The interest is now 8.75% per Annum.

ang pagkaintindi ko ... ito yung sinisingil ng gobyerno kapag inirehistro ang mortgage sa registry of deeds ... banko lang ang nakakaalam kung magkano talaga ang babayaran sa registry of deeds kasi sila ang maglalakad nito ... minsan lang babayaran ito, kasabay ng downpayment

kung minsan libre ito sa ibang dealers, pero babayaran pa rin ang chattel sa gobyerno, ewan lang kung dealer o banko ang sasagot

kapag cash bayaran ang sasakyan, walang babayaran na chattel syempre kasi wala ka namang uutangin sa banko

Para hindi ka makakuha ng duplicate copy ng OR/CR mo sa LTO.
Makakakuha ka lang kung may papers ka na na na release na ang chattel Mortgage.

kidding aside its best to go from dealer to dealer kse iba iba offers nila lalo na kung iba iba may ari. if you know each dealers offer, pwde mo divulge yun info sa iba SA para tapatan nila ng mas maganda deal. from there choose the best deal for you. in your case cash pa naman, isa bagsakan malaki amount. kaya shop around chief - ang saya saya!

^^^mag in-house ka na lang, tanong mo sa dealer na pagbibilhan mo kung ano mga accredited insurance nila then mamila ka nalang doon sa lists

I used BPI for my comprehensive insurance. It's much cheaper than casa by P6K!

And one more thing, if you're going to canvass to dealers choose the REAL or Direct Dealers. I'm sure you could geta better deal. Yun iba kasi e mga SUB-Dealers.

may advantage din po kasi kapag in house insurance. sure mas mataas ang presyo pero less ang hustle sa pag claim. at lis isa nalang po kausap ninyo. ung dealer nalang. pero kung gusto po talaga ninyo makatipid talagang sa labas nalang kau. people's general ok ang service saken.

Regarding the insurance....mas mura if you get it outside but more convenient if you get it in-house sa dealership in the event magkaroon ka ng claim...it's up to you...if you get to talk to DODO..just ask for discount sa in-house insurance para makamura ka if you decide to get it in house
